Job summary

Echodyne is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to craft and drive scalable learning programs that elevate employee capabilities and leadership effectiveness. You will partner with HR and business leaders to identify needs, design programs, and ensure alignment with growth objectives in a fast‑growing tech environment.

The role emphasizes building engaging learning experiences, managing the LMS, and delivering onboarding, manager development, and career pathways.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing learning programs in a corporate environment.
• Experience developing and facilitating leadership and manager development programs.
• Strong project management and program execution skills.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence employees and leaders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Experience with an LMS or other learning technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with company goals and priorities.
• Assess development needs through partnerships, feedback and performance data.
• Establish annual learning priorities and scalable programs.
• Design, develop and implement learning programs for all levels.
• Create onboarding and new-hire development programs in partnership with HR and leaders.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs and vendors.
