Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to enrich talent across the organization. You will partner with the Senior Director of Learning and Talent Management to design leadership, management, and core competency programs that align with business goals.

Responsibilities include needs assessments, program design, onboarding for new leaders, and evaluating impact using established metrics. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with 7+ years of L&D experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in learning and development or related field.
• Experience designing and delivering leadership and management programs; coaching experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to assess needs and identify development priorities.
• Design, develop, and deliver leadership, management, and core skills programs.
• Onboard and assimilate new leaders; coach and develop managers.
• Lead cohort programs and enrichment initiatives; track outcomes and impact.
• Evaluate programs using metrics and refine based on feedback.
