Corient is seeking a seasoned professional to design and deliver leadership development programs for high-potential and executive audiences. You will partner with HR and business leaders to identify needs, craft curricula, and ensure programs align with enterprise strategy across geographies.

The role emphasizes strong facilitation, program management, and data-driven evaluation to continuously improve learner outcomes and business impact.

Formación

• Experience leading leadership and capability-building programs for professional audiences.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills across in-person, virtual, and hybrid settings.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs from planning through measurement.
• Experience in financial services, wealth management, or professional services is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver development initiatives aligned to business needs.
• Manage calendars, communications, logistics, and follow-up for programs.
• Partner with HR and leaders to identify learning needs and improve impact.
• Maintain project plans, dashboards, and status updates for programs.
• Measure outcomes and drive continuous improvement based on feedback.
