Corient seeks an experienced learning and development professional to design, deliver, and govern the Analyst & Associate Training Program. You will partner with HR and business leaders to build impactful leadership development experiences across audiences, leveraging modern learning platforms and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in learning and development or related fields.
• Experience leading leadership and capability-building programs.
• Experience in high-growth, matrixed professional services or wealth management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of development initiatives aligned to business needs.
• Facilitate live, virtual, hybrid, and cohort-based learning experiences.
• Manage program calendars, communications, logistics, and follow-up.
• Establish and govern Analyst & Associate Training Program.
• Measure outcomes and gather stakeholder feedback.
