Job summary

Crescent, in West Chester, OH, is seeking a Talent Development and Learning Manager to own Crescent's learning and assessment pillars, designing, delivering, and measuring programs for hourly, salaried, and talent partner populations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, L&D, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive Learning & Development experience.
• Experience designing, implementing, and facilitating leadership development programs.
• Experience developing compliance and regulatory training programs.
• Experience administering and managing a Learning Management System.
• Experience conducting organizational needs assessments and skill gap analyses.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to design and implement effective learning strategies across diverse employee populations.
• Manufacturing environment experience.
• Experience supporting sustainability/compliance frameworks (SMETA, CDP, EcoVadis).
• Certification in Learning & Development or related discipline.
• Experience leading large-scale organizational learning initiatives.
• Experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Innovative problem-solving approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide learning and development strategies.
• Lead the design, delivery, and refinement of leadership development programs for frontline leaders, supervisors, managers, and directors.
• Own and administer Crescent's Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring training assignments, reporting, compliance tracking, and content currency.
• Partner with leaders to identify development needs, high-potential talent, succession gaps, and create development plans.
• Coach leaders on writing and following growth plans and facilitating succession reviews.
• Provide guidance on employee growth, development, and capability-building strategies.
• Develop learning solutions accessible to all levels—from hourly employees to executives.
• Support internship and early-career pipelines with Talent Acquisition.
• Ensure content delivery across multilingual, multi-shift environments.
• Promote a safety-first learning culture across all curricula.
