• Knowledge of human-centered design and user experience methodologies.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead backlog management, translating strategy into sequenced learning roadmaps.
• Design and deliver learning experiences across in-person, virtual, asynchronous, and hybrid formats.
• Collaborate with SMEs to convert expertise into structured content with defined competencies.
• Develop digital assets using key learning tools and platforms.
• Evaluate learning impact with metrics and feedback to inform priorities.
