Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• Three years of experience in human-centered design, product design, UX design, learning program management, or professional development programming.
• Experience working consultatively with stakeholders to design and deliver learning solutions.
• Experience designing digital learning experiences using tools such as Articulate 360 or similar platforms.
• Experience facilitating workshops, trainings, or professional development programs.
• Experience with human-centered design, life design, or user experience methodologies.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Aufgaben

• Engage stakeholders to assess skills gaps and learning objectives; align initiatives to institutional priorities.
• Maintain and manage a backlog of skill development initiatives.
• Prioritize learning initiatives based on impact and staff needs.
• Collaborate with life design and OD consultants to support programming.
• Translate strategy into sequenced learning roadmaps and plans.
• Design and implement learning experiences across in-person, virtual, asynchronous, and hybrid formats.
• Create engaging staff upskilling and reskilling programs.
