Responsibilities include designing curricula, facilitating blended learning, updating content to reflect policies, and evaluating learning impact to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, Business, HR, Organizational Development, or related field; 3+ years in training/L&D or healthcare operations.
  • Experience facilitating classroom, virtual, and blended learning; ability to assess training needs and develop curricula.

Responsibilities

  • Develops, implements, and evaluates learning and development programs.
  • Creates curricula, learning pathways, job aids, and facilitator guides.
  • Designs blended learning using classroom, virtual, eLearning, simulation, and self-directed methods.
  • Keeps educational content current with policies, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partners with leaders to assess learning needs and align with priorities.
  • Acts as advisor on onboarding, leadership development, and workforce readiness.
  • Evaluates learning effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.

The Training & Education Partner serves as a strategic learning consultant and workforce development professional who partners with operational, clinical, and business leaders to identify performance needs, develop workforce capabilities, and improve employee effectiveness. The role combines instructional design, facilitation, coaching, performance consulting, and learning analytics to deliver education solutions that support organizational priorities, caregiver engagement, patient experience, quality outcomes, and operational excellence.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develops, implements, and evaluates learning and development programs that support onboarding, competency development, professional growth, leadership development, and workforce readiness.
  • Creates and maintains curricula, learning pathways, job aids, knowledge articles, facilitator guides, and performance support resources using adult learning and instructional design principles.
  • Designs and facilitates blended learning solutions utilizing classroom, virtual, eLearning, simulation, experiential, and self-directed learning methods.
  • Ensures educational content remains current with organizational policies, technologies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Develops and maintains competency validation processes, assessment tools, and supporting documentation.
  • Partners with operational, clinical, and administrative leaders to assess learning needs, support workforce development initiatives, and develop solutions aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Serves as a trusted advisor on onboarding, competency development, leadership development, workforce readiness, and organizational change management.
  • Evaluates learning effectiveness through performance metrics, stakeholder feedback, and outcome data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Promotes a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all materials handled within the Network/ Entity as well as the proper release of information.
  • Complies with Network and departmental policies regarding issues of employee, patient and environmental safety and follows appropriate reporting requirements.
  • Demonstrates/models the Network's Service Excellence Standards of Performance in interactions with all customers (internal and external).
  • Demonstrates financial responsibility and accountability through the effective and efficient use of resources in daily procedures, processes and practices.
PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:

Requires sitting for up to 8 hours per day, 2 hours at a time. Standing for up to 4 hours per day, 3 hours at a time. Requires occasional fingering, handling, and twisting and turning while entering data into the computer. Occasionally requires lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Occasionally requires reaching above shoulder level. Must have the ability to hear as it relates to normal conversation, seeing as it relates to general, peripheral and near vision, visual monotony.

EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, learning and development, healthcare operations, or a related field.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

Demonstrated experience facilitating classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs, as well as conducting training needs assessments and developing curriculum to support organizational learning goals. Experience collaborating with healthcare operations, clinical teams, patient access functions, or business services is preferred. Familiarity with learning management system (LMS) administration and learning technologies is also preferred. Candidates should possess strong time management, collaboration, organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders effectively.
