Job summary

Stadler US Inc. is seeking a Learning and Instructional Design Specialist to design, implement, and evaluate training programs that boost employee skills and engagement.

You will partner with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and craft targeted solutions across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two years in learning and development, with strong ID principles and experience using Articulate or Captivate and an LMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, adult education, organizational development, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in learning and development or instructional design.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Proficiency with e-learning tools and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department leaders to assess skill gaps and training priorities.
• Design and customize training programs, including e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training.
• Develop engaging training materials (presentations, guides, videos, activities) following ID principles.
• Deliver training sessions in-person, virtual, or hybrid to maximize engagement.
• Measure training effectiveness and implement data-driven improvements.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) ensuring content is current and accessible.
• Partner with HR, management, and external vendors to support goals.
