Job summary

St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking a Training & Education Partner to design, implement, and evaluate learning programs that support onboarding, competency development, and leadership growth.

The role partners with clinical and administrative leaders to align training with organizational goals. Responsibilities include creating curricula and facilitator guides, delivering blended learning solutions, and maintaining current content in line with policies and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, learning and development, healthcare operations, or a related field.
• Experience facilitating classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs; conduct needs assessments and curriculum development.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) administration and learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates learning and development programs that support onboarding, competency development, leadership development, and workforce readiness.
• Creates and maintains curricula, learning pathways, job aids, knowledge articles, facilitator guides, and performance support resources.
• Designs and facilitates blended learning solutions using classroom, virtual, eLearning, simulation, experiential, and self-directed learning methods.
• Keeps educational content current with policies, technologies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Develops competency validation processes, assessment tools, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborates with leaders to assess learning needs and align solutions with priorities.
• Acts as trusted advisor on onboarding, leadership development, and workforce readiness.
• Measures learning effectiveness via metrics and feedback to drive improvement.
• Promotes culture of continuous learning across the organization.
