Job summary

Stratus is seeking a Manager, Learning & Development to shape how our people learn, lead, and grow. You’ll lead a team of L&D Specialists, drive strategy, and own Cornerstone LMS administration and program development.

You will collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, IT, and Legal to deliver on onboarding, IDPs, manager training, and compliance initiatives, while continuously improving the learning ecosystem and measuring impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years in learning and development with leadership experience.
• Advanced LMS expertise with Cornerstone preferred.
• Proficient in e-learning tools like Easygenerator and Articulate 360.
• Strong instructional design and facilitation using adult learning principles.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple initiatives.
• Excellent program management, analytics, and budget awareness.

Responsibilities

• Set a learning and development strategy and annual roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Lead and develop two L&D Specialists, balancing workloads and coaching
• Partner with Operations and Manufacturing to address skill gaps with structured programs
• Own annual compliance training and LMS governance, content, and reporting
• Shape learning technology roadmap and oversee LMS/platform improvements
• Create engaging learning experiences using various modalities and tools
• Measure impact using retention, application, and business outcomes data
