Job summary

Education and 5–7 years in HR/Training are required; SHRM-CP/PHR/CPTD/ATD certifications preferred. Strong facilitation, analytics and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, Training, Workforce Development, Learning & Development or related areas.
• Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, CPTD, ATD or similar preferred.
• Experience with LMS, HRIS, performance management platforms and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute learning and development strategies to support capability and growth.
• Manage the Learning & Development Coordinator, including workload, coaching and process standards.
• Own hands-on Stage 2 onboarding, including new hire orientation and regulatory learning.
• Coordinate drug testing logistics and background-check follow-up as needed.
• Partner with HR Operations on Stage 1 onboarding data governance and user experience.
