The role requires 5–7 years in HR, Training or related fields, with leadership experience, and preferred L&D certifications. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $115,000 DOE, full-time, onsite.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, Education, Business Admin or related field.
• 5–7 years in HR, Training, Workforce Development or related field with program design and stakeholder partnership.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, CPTD, ATD or related L&D certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and LMS, HRIS and training-tracking tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead learning and development strategies to support workforce capability and growth.
• Manage the L&D Coordinator; coach, set priorities, ensure quality of training administration.
• Oversee Stage 2 onboarding execution, including orientation, training assignments, and screening logistics.
• Coordinate pre-employment drug testing and background-check logistics as applicable.
• Partner with HR Operations on Stage 1 digital onboarding while data governance remains with HR Ops.
• Establish training governance standards, paths, completion tracking and reporting.
• Develop leadership development, mentorship, internship, and career-path programs.
• Lead performance management cycle implementation and ongoing improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and ensure workforce readiness before deployment.
