Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Head of Learning & Development and Culture to lead our enterprise learning agenda, strengthen leadership capability, and scale programs across the organization. You will partner with senior leaders and People Business Partners to drive measurable development, culture, and employee experience aligned with company values.

Based in Mountain View, CA, this strategic, data-driven role focuses on building a scalable leadership pipeline, embedding culture, and delivering governance

Qualifications

• BA/BS in HR, Learning & Development or related field.
• 10+ years of management experience in leadership and organizational development.
• Experience in a high-growth technology environment.
• Advanced knowledge in training and organizational development.
• Strong organizational development background with proven change management skills.
• Advanced business partnering skills with senior leadership.
• Data-driven with the ability to translate analytics into actionable insights.
• Experience in developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver a multi-year learning and capability strategy.
• Provide a framework for implementing the learning strategy across the organization.
• Build a scalable leadership pipeline with tailored curriculum.
• Cultivate a strong learning culture and drive employee experience accountability.
• Integrate company values into daily operations.
• Develop success measures for learning and culture practices.
• Champion Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and maximize their impact.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the business and People Business Partner team.
• Enhance new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
• Establish governance and oversight for People Development and Culture initiatives.
