Hunter Industries is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to oversee the design and implementation of learning strategies, develop training materials, and drive employee growth. This role manages a team and partners with managers to ensure programs align with business goals.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 8+ years of HR experience, and 5+ years in supervision. Travel domestically and internationally is expected; on-site campus with comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Learning and Development team; hire, coach, and manage performance.
• Design and implement learning strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead the design, development, and delivery of training programs virtually and in-person.
• Align development needs with workflow requirements to optimize productivity.
• Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to ensure programs meet organizational goals.
• Keep current with L&D developments and regularly update training curricula.
