This role blends design and facilitation, turning complex topics into engaging experiences, and partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, and leaders to align learning with business needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, organizational development, or related field.
• Experience leading learning initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Experience managing multiple programs simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Build and establish LPA’s Learning & Development function, programs, processes, and infrastructure.
• Lead design, development, and delivery of L&D programs aligned with priorities.
• Assess learning needs and partner with leaders to define outcomes.
• Develop leadership and manager development programs and resources.
• Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition to connect learning with onboarding and career development.
• Apply learning principles to diverse audiences and learning styles.
• Design engaging experiences using ILT, peer, self-guided, and digital methods.
• Facilitate trainings and workshops for various audiences.
• Stay current on trends in learning tech, AI, and instructional design.
• Manage learning management system implementation and governance.
