Job summary

LPA, winner of the 2025 AIA Firm Award, seeks a Learning & Development Manager to build and lead the firm's L&D function. You will partner with leaders and SMEs to translate needs into practical learning experiences that support growth across disciplines, roles, and locations.

The role combines design, facilitation, and strategic program leadership. You’ll shape a culture of continuous learning, experiment with new approaches, and drive the adoption of AI-enabled learning tools while aligning

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related field with leadership experience.
Experience designing and implementing learning programs from needs assessment through delivery and evaluation.
Experience building or establishing L&D programs or functions within an organization.
Experience delivering programs for a variety of audiences, roles, and levels.

Responsibilities

Create and lead LPA's learning strategy, programs, processes, and infrastructure.
Design, develop, and deliver learning experiences across the firm.
Partner with leaders and SMEs to identify needs and desired outcomes.
Facilitate training sessions and group discussions for diverse audiences.
Implement and manage leadership and manager development programs.
Measure success and continuously improve programs based on feedback and impact.
