Job summary

FedEx Freight is seeking an experienced Learning & Development leader to deliver education and training programs across Memphis, TN, Harrison, AR, and other locations. You will consult with partners to identify needs, design materials, and elevate learning outcomes.

The role involves coordinating schedules, mentoring staff, and presenting strategies to senior leadership. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in facilitation and coaching, strong communication, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, education, or related field or equivalent with 5+ years in training facilitation/coaching
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/written)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with operations technology systems

Responsibilities

• Deliver education and training experiences virtually and in-person across districts and functions
• Consult with business partners to identify training needs and priorities
• Coordinate training schedules to optimize business results
• Lead Train-the-Trainer sessions for Delivery team readiness
• Mentor and coach Learning & Development staff
• Develop and present education strategies and outcomes to senior leadership
• Collaborate with instructional designers to promote deep learning transfer
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies
• Travel as required to FedEx Freight locations
