Job summary

FedEx Freight, Inc. seeks a Transportation Solutions Analyst based in Harrison, AR or Memphis, TN to design, develop, implement and resolve innovative transportation solutions that support Operations, Sales and customers, while helping grow and retain profitable LTL business.

You will lead data analysis, onboarding of new and incremental business, and cross-functional meetings to capture customer needs, document requirements, and guide stakeholders to timely outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience plus three years experience in transportation, business, sales, or operations.
• Experience in the LTL industry preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to perform risk-analysis and make decisions.
• Solutions-oriented with strong project management and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data to design, develop and implement transportation solutions.
• Lead onboarding of new and incremental business; ensure deadlines and customer support.
• Lead meetings to assess customer needs and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Document customer expectations and secure leadership approval when required.
• Mentor team members and drive continuous process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and company policies.
