Job summary

FedEx Freight in Harrison, AR or Memphis, TN seeks a Transportation Solutions Analyst to analyze, design, and implement innovative transportation solutions supporting Operations, Sales, and customers. You will lead onboarding, manage projects, and mentor team members to grow profitable LTL business.

Responsibilities include leading customer needs discussions, documenting requirements, and ensuring timely deliverables while complying with policies and regulations; occasional travel to FedEx

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience plus three years in transportation, business, sales or operations.
• Experience in the LTL industry preferred.
• Strong analytical and risk-analysis capabilities.
• Solutions-oriented with robust project management skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities; multitask capability.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with customers and internal teams.
• Self-motivated, assertive and persistent to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to present to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to operate in a highly-flexible work environment.
