Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in curriculum and instructional design as well as implementation and management of training programs and learning initiatives.
• Experience with ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation).
• Experience managing multiple projects or programs concurrently.
• Experience consulting with management on training initiatives.
• Experience with automation of processes and resources.
• Experience developing and deploying training programs.
• Experience in leadership, employee, technical, safety or regulatory compliance training.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface with all levels of the organization including executives.

Responsibilities

• Consults and coaches team leads on talent development, team engagement, retention, and team leadership.
• Delivers internal training sessions and preparation of training materials.
• Creates learning resources that employees want to engage with, including presentation decks, knowledge resources, and more.
• Manages the day-to-day delivery of learning and development activities in an area of expertise and builds relationships with stakeholders to advance learning initiatives.
• Carries out regular analysis of learning and development activity to inform new solutions.
• Implements learning and development activities and programs as needed for company needs and measures effectiveness with defined metrics.
• A material job duty is protecting assets and securely handling sensitive data in accordance with company standards.
