Job summary

Qualifications

• Ten+ years leading and implementing technical training initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-organizational training programs to improve performance or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Directs the continuous development of enterprise skilling, upskilling and reskilling across the organization.
• Designs and delivers complex technical training materials and content.
• Collaborates with stakeholders on training design and delivery issues.
• Improves program effectiveness by analyzing data and providing insights to leadership.
• Develops training dashboards and maintains tracking applications for program measurement.
