Job summary

Kforce, in Tampa, FL, is seeking a Learning Solutions Design Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of engaging learning solutions that support business objectives and workforce development.

The role partners with clients and internal teams to design programs across instructor-led, virtual, blended, and digital modalities, guiding projects from discovery through evaluation. You will mentor learning professionals and drive continuous improvement in delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Training, or related experience.
• Experience designing and delivering learning solutions across multiple modalities.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading or mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients, Learning Consultants, and internal teams to design and deliver learning solutions aligned with business goals.
• Lead learning design projects from discovery through implementation and evaluation.
• Develop instructional strategies, learning objectives, assessments, and learning journeys.
• Create engaging learning content for instructor-led, virtual, blended, and digital learning programs.
• Apply design thinking and learner-centric methodologies to develop innovative solutions.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and delivery milestones.
• Facilitate stakeholder reviews, feedback sessions, and project status meetings.
• Coordinate with SMEs, facilitators, and operations teams to ensure successful program execution.
• Support live and virtual learning events, including facilitation guides, rehearsal planning, and learner communications.
• Ensure learning solutions meet accessibility, compliance, and quality standards.
• Track program performance, learner feedback, and KPIs to measure effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Lead and mentor learning professionals while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
