Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Learning Designer to design, deliver, and curate global learning experiences primarily for client-facing associates. You will collaborate with Talent Effectiveness and business units to deliver programs that improve performance and business outcomes.

The role requires independent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and a client-first approach, reporting to the Manager, Learning and Development. Must reside within 60 minutes of Irving, TX or Fort Myers, FL.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of learning experience with emphasis on instructional design in a corporate environment.
• Experience designing and managing blended learning experiences through a full instructional design cycle.
• Experience designing learning for client-facing or revenue-generating roles preferred.
• Experience with learning technology platforms (LMS) and AI-enabled tools for distributing/enhancing learning.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Creativity and resourcefulness to develop innovative learning solutions.
• Collaborative team player with ability to deliver impact for learners and the organization.
• Ability to stay agile in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline) and video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning experiences and multi-modal programs (e-learning, ILT, virtual environments, job aids) for client-facing associates.
• Create interactive content using appropriate authoring tools and instructional design principles.
• Collaborate with SMEs and leaders to align experiences with learner and business needs.
• Identify opportunities to enhance quality, personalization and discoverability of materials.
• Develop working knowledge of business areas with emphasis on client-facing roles.
• Leverage SME expertise for content development.
• Oversee activities within scope, timelines and budget.
• Ensure instructional content meets quality standards and learning outcomes.
