You will build trusted relationships with leaders, diagnose performance gaps, apply enterprise standards, and measure impact using ISO-aligned methods.

Formación

• Six or more years of learning and development, HR, business, or managerial experience.
• Experience building learning solutions for complex business needs.
• Ability to influence leaders and peers.
