U.S. Bank is seeking a Learning Consultant to develop learning solutions aligned with business goals and performance needs. This role partners with leaders and SMEs to translate strategy into practical, scalable programs that enhance capability and readiness, while leveraging enterprise standards and governance.

The role emphasizes consulting, partnership, and data-driven evaluation to drive continuous improvement across the business line.

Competenze

• Six or more years of learning and development, HR, business, or managerial experience.
• Experience building strong business partnerships and leading learning solutions.
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to influence peers and leaders.
• Deep understanding of learning strategy and performance improvement.
• Expertise in adult learning principles and modern blended learning.
• Ability to connect learning strategy to business line priorities and outcomes.

Mansioni

• Build trusted advisor relationships with business leaders and understand strategy, priorities, and performance gaps.
• Lead structured discovery to identify root causes of performance gaps.
• Guide stakeholders toward enterprise-aligned solutions.
• Act as a connector across the business line, GL&D, and HR.
• Translate business line strategy into structured learning journeys and programs.
• Partner with instructional designers and SMEs to align resources and execution.
• Establish governance routines and decision forums to maintain momentum.
• Ensure programs are scalable and integrated into flow of work.
• Define success metrics tied to capability, readiness, and outcomes.
• Apply measurement approaches aligned to ISO standards.
• Analyze data to assess program performance and inform improvements.
