Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education or HR/related field.
• Strong instructional design experience in corporate learning with executive exposure.
• Experience delivering training and facilitating sessions.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage learning programs across the A.D.D.I.E. model.
• Identify performance gaps and define learning objectives for business results.
• Create multi-modal programs (classroom, e-learning, synchronous distance).
• Define and track metrics: reaction, transfer, and business impact.
• Oversee program development, schedules, train-the-trainer sessions, and executive summaries.
• Develop project plans and timelines; ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Advocate learning value and research best-in-class solutions.
• Negotiate delivery options, timelines, and resources; collaborate cross-functionally.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
