Job summary

CDW is seeking a Lead Instructional Designer to drive large-scale learning initiatives focused on leadership, selling, and technical skills. You will oversee design, development, implementation and measurement of programs that support CDW’s strategic goals.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, mentor peers, and leverage AI-enabled tools while managing external vendors as needed. A strong background in instructional design and project management is essential to deliver measurable business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in instructional design or related field.
• Strong knowledge of learning technologies and AI-enabled development.
• Experience leading complex programs with measurable impact.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management for complex learning initiatives from needs assessment through evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Apply instructional design and AI-enabled learning best practices to improve processes.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with governance, risk and delivery focus.
• Mentor instructional design team members and share best practices.
