Qualifications

• 8+ years in instructional systems design, workforce development, or training program management.
• 7+ years of experience in instructional systems design.
• 4+ years of experience in project management and stakeholder communication.
• 2+ years of experience leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee instructional systems design for all WMATA TTDV training programs.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and lead quality assurance for deliverables.
