Job summary

CDW, LLC seeks a seasoned Learning & Development leader to manage and advance learning programs, driving needs assessment, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of outcomes. You will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into learning solutions and continuously improve instructional design processes, leveraging AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required with relevant experience in Learning & Development.
• 5+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development or related enablement areas.
• Proven instructional design and project management experience with measurable impact.
• Strong cross-functional relationship building and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management for learning programs, including needs assessment and evaluation.
• Define business requirements and translate needs into organisational improvement solutions.
• Innovate instructional design processes with AI-enabled best practices and industry trends.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with scoping, resources, risks and timelines.
• Mentor junior team members and develop capability in innovative design methods.
• Maintain curriculum review, content governance and lifecycle management with SMEs.
• Travel up to 10%.
