Job summary

Equifax in St. Louis is seeking a Learning Execution & Instructional Design lead to shape learning strategies aligned with business objectives.

You will design, develop, and deliver multi-modal learning solutions including instructor-led training, eLearning, workshops, and digital approaches to upskill the sales organization. You will diagnose performance gaps, deliver sales training and coaching, and measure ROI while partnering with Sales Operations and HR.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE/SAM).
• Ability to conduct needs analyses to identify learning priorities.
• Experience designing or delivering learning programs for sales/revenue teams.
• Proven facilitation skills in virtual and in-person settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of learning strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Design, develop, and deliver multi-modal learning solutions including ILT, eLearning, workshops, simulations, and digital approaches.
• Provide sales training, coaching, and mentoring to sales teams and leaders.
• Facilitate engaging sessions focused on soft skills, leadership, and organizational change, grounded in adult learning principles.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations & Enablement to ensure timely, high-quality training delivery.
