Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of client-facing consulting experience
• 2+ years in learning and development
• 1+ year in project management
• 1+ year in learning strategy creation
• 5+ years advising and influencing leadership
• 5+ years of management consulting
• 3+ years in strategy creation
• Familiarity with change management
• Experience facilitating both in-person and virtual programs

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives, HR leaders and stakeholders to co-create the annual strategic learning agenda.
• Collaborate to maximize knowledge sharing and optimize resource allocation.
• Lead design and delivery of learning programs using iterative feedback.
• Manage multiple initiatives, guiding program teams and providing strategic support.
• Control scope, timelines and budget, mitigating risks as needed.
• Own measurement and evaluation to ensure learning outcomes are achieved.
• Collaborate on learner communications and external storytelling with insights.
