Job summary

Resource Innovations, a woman-led energy transformation firm, is seeking a Learning & Development Manager in Chicago to design and execute enterprise-wide leadership, talent development, and organizational capability strategies. You will build scalable programs, manage talent reviews, succession planning, and assessments, and drive adoption of learning technologies to grow leaders and improve performance.

The role reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer and requires strong facilitation,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, psychology, business administration or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• 8+ years of progressive Learning & Development, Talent Management or OD experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise-wide learning and leadership development strategies.
• Lead leadership assessment methodologies and succession planning processes.
• Create scalable leadership programs and development pathways across the organization.
• Utilize analytics to measure learning impact and inform investments.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and drive development plans.
