Job summary

TMNA Services LLC is seeking an organized coordinator to support two annual leadership development programs, plan six to eight multi-day events for 50-100 participants, and deliver 10-15 virtual trainings. You will partner with the SVP of Talent Management and Organizational Development and collaborate across North America.

The role emphasizes content supervision, vendor coordination, travel, and logistics management, with a competitive benefits package and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in HR, Communications, Training, Organizational Development or other related field.
• Willing to travel up to 20%, including air travel.
• Experience with event planning or conference management in a corporate, educational or non-profit setting.
• Vendor management: costs, contract handling, invoicing and payments.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Customer service orientation and ability to interact with senior executives.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead content for leadership program including presentations and materials.
• Provide design and branding support for program materials.
• Administrates and coordinates a mentorship program.
• Analyze and manage training evaluation processes and improvements.
• Support teambuilding events; research vendors and pricing options.
• Develop participant communications and manage a social media site.
• Manage all program logistics: hotel, transport, catering, IT, onsite support.
• Oversee program project plan and vendor contracts; manage invoices.
• Coordinate with Global HR and support enterprise HR events.
• Provide organizational development support for global services.
