Job summary

Consigli Construction seeks a Program Manager, Leadership Development to partner with the Sr. Manager of Talent Development and lead/execute organizational leadership programs. You will design, implement, manage, and evaluate programs across the organization, working with HR and business leaders to strengthen leadership capability and culture.

This role is an Individual Contributor position reporting to the Sr. Manager of Learning & Development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• 8–9 years in leadership development or related fields.
• Experience leading enterprise initiatives in large organizations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-level communication.
• Experience with learning technologies and software.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and manage leadership programs.
• Lead end-to-end program management, including logistics and budgeting.
• Recruit, nominate, select, and onboard participants for programs.
• Facilitate leadership sessions and coaching experiences.
• Analyze metrics and drive continuous improvement of programs.
