Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Leadership Development Partner to execute the Leadership Experience and unlock employee potential. You will work with the Leadership Development team to design, deliver, and update programs, while overseeing LMS administration, logistics, and delivery across sites.

The role requires collaboration with HR and leaders, end-to-end program design, and the ability to travel as needed. Marvin emphasizes learning and continuous improvement through engaging formats and measurable

Qualifications

• End-to-end design and delivery of leadership development programs.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Certifications in leadership development preferred.
• Familiarity with 360-degree assessments and inventories.
• Ability to travel to other locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and measure leadership development programs aligned with HR strategy.
• Manage LMS administration, logistics, enrollment, and delivery scheduling.
• Partner with local HR and leaders across sites to ensure program alignment.
• Facilitate programs using instructor-led and virtual formats.
• Collaborate to streamline processes and improve learning outcomes.
• Update materials based on continuous improvement and evaluation data.
• Link programs to other HR and organizational processes.
