Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Leadership Development Partner to execute the Leadership Experience and unlock our employees' potential. You will work with the Leadership Development team to design, deliver, and update programs aligned with the HR strategy, overseeing LMS administration, logistics, and program delivery across sites.

The role requires 1–3 years in end-to-end design of leadership programs, familiarity with LMS and assessments, and ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years’ experience designing and delivering leadership development programs or related work.
• 1–3 years’ experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Certifications in leadership programs are a plus.
• Experience with 360-degree assessments or similar inventories.

Responsibilities

• Execute and update Leadership Experience programs aligned with HR strategy.
• Manage LMS administration, logistics, coordination, and delivery of leadership programs.
• Partner with local HR and leaders to communicate program awareness and engagement.
• Design, facilitate, and measure leadership programs across multiple sites.
• Coordinate logistics, enrollment, and scheduling for program sessions.
