Quantum Health in Dublin, OH seeks an Enterprise Talent & Org Effectiveness Partner to translate enterprise talent priorities into practical, measurable leadership capabilities and processes. You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR partners, guiding growth, reorganization and strategic change with evidence-based solutions and robust measurement.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• At least seven years of progressive experience in talent development, leadership development, organizational development, talent management or change management.
• Experience translating enterprise strategy into practical capabilities with measurable outcomes.
• Experience advising leaders and teams through organizational growth and change.

Mansioni

• Own the enterprise capability journey with leadership and manager capabilities, including development roadmaps and measured outcomes.
• Design and facilitate evidence-based talent reviews and succession planning across priority populations.
• Lead organizational effectiveness and change workstreams, guiding teams through growth and reorganization.
• Provide consultative support to leaders and HR partners, translating needs into practical talent and organizational solutions.
• Establish tools, standards and reports to track outcomes, participation and impact.
