Job summary

Quantum Health is seeking an Enterprise Talent & Org Effectiveness Partner to translate enterprise priorities into practical leadership capabilities, talent processes and change solutions. You will partner with business leaders and HR to shape capability standards, career maps and development experiences for managers at all levels.

This hands-on role requires influence, evidence-based decision making and a focus on measurable outcomes as you guide growth, reorganization and strategic change

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in organizational development, adult learning, education, human resources, business, psychology or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive talent, leadership or organizational development experience.
• Experience translating enterprise strategy into practical capabilities, development experiences, talent processes or organizational solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Experience building leadership and manager capability for emerging leaders, new managers, experienced leaders or succession candidates.
• Experience advising leaders and teams through organizational growth, reorganization and change.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise capability journey and leadership development priorities in collaboration with executives and HR partners.
• Design leadership competencies, career maps, development roadmaps and aligned training modules.
• Diagnose capability needs and determine priority, sequence and level of support.
• Oversee solution design, implementation, reinforcement and continuous improvement, including build vs. buy decisions.
• Develop leadership content, coaching, mentoring and stretch assignments to strengthen behaviors.
• Establish standards and tools to reinforce leadership competencies through performance and development conversations.
• Define outcomes and track participation, impact and expansion or retirement of solutions.
• Serve as enterprise thought partner on capability, leadership development and organizational effectiveness priorities.
• Lead talent reviews and succession development with evidence-based criteria and consistent governance.
• Drive organizational effectiveness through design, change management and communication strategies.
