The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, and comfortable with ambiguity, credible with senior leaders, and experienced in a fast-growing technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 7+ years of HRBP, organizational effectiveness, or related experience.
• Hands-on employee relations and performance management as a generalist.
• Experience supporting VP-level leaders in corporate functions.
• Experience in high-growth technology environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and data-to-decision capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop talent strategies aligned to business priorities.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness.
• Lead organizational change including restructures and leadership transitions.
• Collaborate on headcount planning, promotions, leveling, and investments.
• Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning and identify future talent.
• Use workforce data and business metrics to identify trends and actions.
• Coach leaders through employee relations and performance challenges.
• Contribute to company-wide HR projects with the People Team.
