Quantum Health, Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Strategic Accounts in Dublin, OH with hybrid flexibility or remote work options nationwide.

You will bridge customers, product strategy, and market innovation to uncover needs, co-create solutions, and drive adoption for enterprise clients. You will lead product strategy, collaborate with engineering, and manage change to deliver measurable business outcomes while balancing client priorities with scalable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, customer-facing product roles, strategic consulting, healthcare technology, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap to deliver outcomes for enterprise clients.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive, operational, and technical stakeholders.
• Identify customer problems, translate insights into actionable requirements, and drive adoption of new capabilities.
• Partner with customers to co-create solutions and evaluate scalable product opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering to validate feasibility and align delivery with customer expectations.
• Lead change management and drive successful adoption of new capabilities.
