The Senior Transformation Manager will apply rigorous analytics, strong communication, and change management practices to drive adoption and sustain improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in healthcare, health plans, population health, care navigation, employer benefits, or healthcare data environments.
• Ability to excel in ambiguity and drive progress with limited direction.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present to executive leadership.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs and drive outcomes.

• Lead enterprise transformation initiatives and oversee cross‑functional programs.
