• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4 years of progressive experience in organizational effectiveness or related work in complex organizations.
• Strong project and program management capability across complex initiatives.
• Demonstrated consulting and relationship-management skills with senior leaders and HR partners.
• Strong systems thinking, diagnosis, and analytical capability.
