Job summary

GreenState Credit Union seeks a Leadership & Org Development Manager to own the enterprise strategy for leadership development, readiness, and organizational capability, partnering with executives and HR to build scalable, high-impact programs.

You will design development frameworks, lead leadership pathways across levels, oversee succession and growth initiatives, and champion a culture of continuous improvement and workforce excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing and implementing leadership strategies and enterprise-wide development initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of leadership development, adult learning, and talent development practices.
• Proven ability to partner with executive leaders and senior stakeholders to identify capability needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and advance enterprise strategies to strengthen leadership capability and workforce readiness.
• Design and maintain leadership development framework, architecture, and roadmap across all levels.
• Lead leadership pathways for emerging, new, experienced, senior, and executive leaders.
• Oversee succession readiness, leadership pipeline, and growth initiatives.
• Advise leaders on leadership effectiveness, change readiness, and employee development strategies.
• Integrate leadership development with talent planning and performance management.
• Drive organizational development initiatives to improve communication, accountability, and teamwork.
