Job summary

Consigli Construction 1 is seeking a Sr. Director of Talent Development to lead learning, development and OD across the organization. You will set the vision, build scalable programs, and guide enterprise-wide talent initiatives in collaboration with senior leaders.

In this role you will develop strategic plans, oversee a high-performing team, manage executive development, succession planning, and partner with stakeholders to align talent initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, human resources, or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in talent management and leadership development with progressive responsibilities.
• Experience designing and executing executive/leadership development programs.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex initiatives and drive results.
• Ability to evolve core talent programs (performance, succession) to meet changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and leadership for L&D and OD across the organization.
• Design scalable solutions aligning talent initiatives with business strategy.
• Lead enterprise-wide talent review and succession planning processes.
• Develop and implement executive and leadership development programs.
• Oversee vendor relationships and manage external partnerships.
