- Experience leading enterprise programs in large organizations.
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with learning tech like LMS and survey tools.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement talent review processes with executives.
- Lead top-talent development initiatives and governance.
- Oversee succession planning and leadership readiness.
- Develop organizational analytics dashboards and reports.
- Coach leaders and facilitate organizational design initiatives.
- Deliver workshops and manage stakeholder communications.
- Measure impact through metrics and ongoing refinements.
- Partner with executives to align people strategies with business goals.
