Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Learning & Development Partner – Leadership and Management to design, deliver and continuously improve an organisation-wide leadership development framework across the group.

You will partner with senior leaders, HR Business Partners and clinical teams to identify capability gaps, map succession plans and create evidence-based learning solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

Competenze

• Strong consulting, facilitation, influencing and relationship-management capability.
• Knowledge of leadership and management development theory, adult learning, blended learning, behavioural change, coaching, mentoring and action learning.
• Understanding of organisational culture, change, workforce development and the use of insight to shape capability priorities.
• Analytical capability to define outcomes, evaluate impact and present clear recommendations.
• Commercially aware, outcomes-focused and able to manage competing priorities autonomously.
• Collaborative, innovative and inclusive approach.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulation and operational environments (desirable).
