Job summary

Elysium Healthcare Limited is seeking a Learning and Quality Assurance Lead to own and continuously improve the Train-the-Trainer programme across sites. You will onboard, accredit, re-accredit and upskill trainers, providing coaching, feedback, and development plans to ensure high-quality learning outcomes.

You will work with the L&D team to maintain content accuracy, align delivery methods to standards, and use data to demonstrate impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing, delivering and evaluating learning content.
• Strong training delivery skills with recognized accreditation or award.
• Experience in healthcare settings with understanding of complex care, mental health or CAMHS.
• Demonstrate excellence and lead by example for trainers.
• Experience in Learning & Development or HR support roles.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve Train-the-Trainer programme including onboarding and accreditation.
• Ensure trainers follow approved content, delivery methods and assessments.
• Coach and develop trainers through observation, feedback and development plans.
• Maintain visibility of trainer capability and development needs across the organization.
• Quality assure learning delivery via regular observations and a robust framework.
