Job summary

NeighborHealth is seeking an experienced Organizational Development & Learning Partner to serve as a strategic partner in employee learning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness across the system.

You will work with senior leaders, academic partners, and workforce partners to design and coordinate programs that strengthen capabilities, support priorities, and build the future healthcare workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 3–5 years progressive experience in learning and development or healthcare education.
• Experience leading organization-wide initiatives and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve an organization-wide learning and development strategy aligned with priorities.
• Partner with leaders to identify learning and workforce development needs and priorities.
• Develop, coordinate, facilitate, and evaluate employee and leadership development programs.
• Collaborate with organizational stakeholders on learning priorities and strategy.
• Facilitate planning sessions, workshops, and department development initiatives.
• Support onboarding, mandatory education, and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain training materials and LMS content; assess learning effectiveness through feedback and data.
• Coordinate with IT to ensure training resources and AV/tech are functional.
