Job summary

Meta's Leadership Development team seeks a Leadership Development Business Partner to guide senior leaders and teams across the company. You will diagnose, design, and coach using ICF methods, partnering with HR and business leaders to scale leadership capability and drive strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in leadership development or organizational effectiveness.
• 5+ years in L&D, Organizational Development, or leadership development functions.
• ICF credential ACC, PCC, or MCC.
• Mastery of leader and team diagnosis including 360 design/debrief.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level using evidence-based methods.
• Design and deliver high-impact leader and team interventions grounded in diagnosis.
• Coach executive leaders using ICF-credentialed methodology.
• Share insights across Meta and drive enterprise-wide best practices.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to scope and align engagements.
• Connect leaders to the full People Development ecosystem.
• Support organizational transformation and AI-driven change.
• Stay current with leadership research and AI implications for leadership.
